Since I’ve started your programs I’m amazed at ALL your workouts and meal plans. It was seriously one of THE BEST decisions I’ve ever made. I’m telling you all of this to say that surprisingly when I stopped stressing and just relaxed and continued to follow the plan exactly as you said to do..it worked! I’ve dropped another pound.
